The purpose of Career Center is to present information useful for the career orientation and professional planning process, for youth or any other person who needs support in managing their professional journey.
The website allows sending messages to the admins of the platform.

By completing the forms made available on the pages of this site, we can collect the following personal data:

3. Purpose and legal basis
Code for Romania processes personal data only in the interest of the website users who wish to contribute content to the platform by completing the relevant form.
4. The storage duration
The personal data provided is stored temporarily for the duration of the Career Center platform’s operation.

Code for Romania will not provide personal data to third parties. The data can be provided to institutions or public authorities, as well as other state-authorized bodies, based on and within the limits of legal provisions, in response to their explicit requests.

The right to intervene, rectify, delete or transfer your personal data, upon request and free of charge;
The right to address the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (located in Bucharest, sector 1, B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru, www.dataprotection.ro) or the courts to defend any rights guaranteed by law;
The right to object and the right concerning automated individual decision-making;
As of May 25, 2018, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, the right to restrict processing.
7. Security and confidentiality
The protection of information during the processing of your personal data is a major concern of Code for Romania; therefore, all personal data collected during visits to this site are processed in accordance with the legal provisions in force in Romania. Code for Romania uses state-of-art technologies and takes all reasonable technical measures to transmit and store personal data in conditions of complete security and confidentiality.
All personal data on the site are stored and processed on servers located in the European Union, which fall under the scope of European personal data protection legislation. No information provided on this site leaves the territory of the European Union.
The Code for Romania Association undertakes not to disclose personal data regarding your visits on [„???”] , except in situations required by law or in the situations described in this Terms and Conditions document.
If we discover a personal data security incident that presents a risk to the rights and freedoms of our users, we will notify the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing within 72 hours. Code for Romania is an independent nongovernmental organization, without political affiliation and apolitical, created in 2016, whose purpose it is to mobilize young professionals in the IT field and create digital instruments which help in solving social problems.
