Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment process (job posts, applications, interviews, candidate selection)

  • Manage employment documents and employee records

  • Manage the organization’s human resources, from onboarding and professional development to payroll

  • Handle employee issues: absences, conflicts, complaints, or disciplinary procedures

  • Develop and implement HR policies based on regulations and labor law

  • Promote equality and diversity policies in the organization

To become an HR specialist, it is recommended to:

    • Public Administration

    • Law

    • Economics

  • Attend recognized HR training or courses, for example in labor law or HR practices

These qualifications are often required by employers, but in some cases, it is possible to enter the job without them.
