Responsibilities

Manage pharmacy medication stocks and ensure their quality
Coordinate with doctors to adjust and clarify treatments
Conduct analysis and research in specialized laboratories, if applicable
Prepare pharmaceutical formulations of medications

Qualifications
To become a pharmacist, one must:
Complete a 5-year pharmacy degree at an accredited medical and pharmacy university.
Register with the Romanian College of Pharmacists and obtain a membership certificate, which serves as a practice license for general pharmacists.
For specialization (clinical pharmacy, laboratory medical-pharmaceutical analysis, general pharmacy, pharmaceutical industry and cosmetics), complete a residency program:
Pass the national residency entrance exam
Complete a 3-year residency in the chosen pharmacy specialization
Pass the specialist exam to become a certified pharmacy specialist
